Edistir® N 3380

Edistir® N 3380 is a high molecular weight general purpose polystyrene combining high heat resistance and good
mechanical strength. Edistir® N 3380 is suitable for direct gassing extrusion, biaxially oriented film and sheet, glass
clear sheets and panels.
Also used in injection moulding of medium wall-thickness transparent parts.
Thanks to Edistir® N 3380, injected items will be bright and neutral coloured in line with the most sophisticated
market needs.

Edistir® N 3560

Edistir® N 3560 is a high molecular weight general purpose polystyrene with good mechanical strength and
thermal resistance. It is recommended for in-line forming of disposable packaging, sheet extrusion in blends with
high impact PS and for injection moulding of complex items requiring good toughness and improved elasticity.
Thanks to N 3560, injected items will be bright and neutral colored, in line with the most sophisticated market
needs.

Edistir® N 3840

Edistir® N 3840 is a general purpose polystyrene combining easy flow and medium heat resistance. Edistir® N
3840 is suggested in extrusion for glossy capping of HIPS sheets and for blending with HIPS or clear SBS for
stiffer thermoformable sheets.
This grade exhibits excellent processability in injection moulding and it is recommended for complex and thin-
walled parts and fast moulding cycles.
Thanks to Edistir® N 3840, injected items will be bright and neutral coloured in line with the most sophisticated
market needs.

Edistir® N 3910

Edistir® N 3910 is a very easy flow general purpose polystyrene.
Used for injection of thin-walled, multi-cavity, very fast-cycle mouldings and sheet extrusion for glossy capping of
HIPS sheets and in blends with HIPS or clear SBS.
Thanks to Edistir® N 3910, injected items will be bright and neutral coloured in line with the most sophisticated
market needs.

Edistir® N 3782

Edistir® N 3782 is a general purpose polystyrene with good flow and high heat resistance.
Edistir® N 3782 is suggested for direct gassing of heavy gauge insulation boards (XPS), but it is also used in blend
with HIPS in order to improve the balance between rigidity and heat resistance of extruded sheets for packaging.

Edistir® N 3982

Edistir® N 3982 is a general purpose polystyrene with good flow and high heat resistance.
Edistir® N 3982 is a special grade for direct gassing extrusion of heavy gauge insulating boards (XPS).
It can also be used as a low viscosity processing aid and modifier for compounding.

Edistir® N3380 Balance BA100

The production of Edistir® N3380 Balance BA100 contributes to the circular economy model since the bionafta comes from
biological feedstock (eg. vegetable oils).
Balance® BA100 products have 100% of bio-attributed share.

Revive® PS Air-H

Versalis Revive® PS Air-H is the new grade of Versalis’ Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy approach
Versalis Revive® PS Air-H has been developed for a new era of sustainable GPPS: it contains the 75% of secondary raw
material. Versalis recommend mixing PS Air-H with virgin Edistir® GPPS to reach the target percent of recycled material
in the final good. The color of the raw material may change depending on the secondary raw material.

Revive® PS Air F – Series Forever

Versalis Revive® PS Air F – Series Forever is the new grade of Versalis’ Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy
approach Versalis Revive® PS Air F – Series Forever has been developed for a new era of sustainable GPPS: it contains the
75% of secondary raw material. Versalis recommend mixing PS Air F – Series Forever with virgin Edistir® GPPS to reach
the target percent of recycled material in the final good. The color, as well as the transparency of Versalis Revive® PS Air F
– Series Forever may change depending on the secondary raw material.

Revive® PS Air-HEF(B)

Versalis Revive® PS Air-HEF(B) is the new grade of Versalis’ Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy approach
Versalis Revive® PS Air-HEF(B) has been developed for a new era of sustainable GPPS: it contains the 60% of secondary
raw material.
The color and the transparency of the raw material may change depending on the secondary raw material.
(B) version is the dark shade: brown, grey or black depending on the secondary raw material.
