Edistir® ICE R 930 XP

Edistir® ICE R 930 XP is an environmental stress cracking resistant high impact polystyrene (ESCR) which
combines high impact strength with improved chemical resistance to oils, fats anche chemical agents such as
detergents for both industrial and domestic use.
Edistir® ICE R 930 XP is designed for fridge sector in which hydrocarbons or freons are used as blowing agents for
PU insulating foams.
The improved mechanical performances guarantee an easy processing, allowing a sheet thickness reduction.

Edistir® ICE R 830D

Edistir® ICE R 830D is an environmental stress cracking resistant (ESCR) high impact polystyrene.
It combines high impact strength with improved chemical resistance to oils, fats and chemical agents, such as
detergents for both industrial and domestic use.
Edistir® ICE R 830D is specifically designed for fridge sectord where hydrocarbons or freons are used as blowing
agents for PU insulating foams. It significantly improves wall thickness distribution in thermoforming, thus the
original extruded sheet thickness can be optimised.

Edistir® R 850E

Edistir® R 850E is a high impact polystyrene with high impact properties and good heat resistance.
It is specilly designed for sheet extrusion and thermoforming of deep drawn containers even when blended with a
high percentage of PS, but it is also suitable for general injection moulding of tough medium-walled articles.

Edistir® R 321P

Edistir® R 321P is a high impact polystyrene combining easy flow and high stiffness.
Edistir® R 321P is suitable for injection moulded items with low thickness and high stiffness.

Edistir® RC (L) 600

Edistir® RC (L) 600 is a high impact polystyrene exhibiting very high gloss.
This grade is designed to be used both in injection moulding where an excellent surface finish is required, both, in L
version, in extrusion and coextrusion of sheets whith improved glossy aesthetics.

Edistir® RK 421Q

Edistir® RK 421Q is HBCD and antimony free high impact polystyrene suitable for hot glow wire test.
The formulation of Edistir® RK 421 Q ensures excellent colour stability even after long dwell times in injection
moulding machine.
Edistir® RK 421Q can be used in mix with injection moulding HIPS such as Edistir® RT 441M.

Edistir® R 540E

Edistir® R 540E is a high impact polystyrene with high stiffness, matt surface finish and good heat resistance.
Suitable for both for general extrusion of thick sheet and profiles and for injection moulding.

Edistir® SR 550

Edistir® SR 550 is a high impact, easy flow polystyrene with good elasticity at low temperatures.
Suitable for injection moulding of large or complex parts with low thickness and high impact strength.

Edistir® R 850E Balance BA90

The production of Edistir® R 850E Balance BA90 contributes to the circular economy model since the bionafta comes from
biological feedstock (eg. vegetable oils).
Balance® BA90 products have 90% of bio-attributed share.

Edistir® RT 441M

Edistir® RT 441M is a high impact polystyrene combining high toughness and stiffness with good flowability for
easy processing.
Designed for injection moulding of technical parts, housings and covers.
Especially recommended for gas assisted technology.

Edistir® RK 451G

Edistir® RK 451G is a UL94 V-0, polybromobiphenylether (PBBE) free flame retarded high impact polystyrene.
Edistir® RK 451G combines medium flow, heat resistance and good light stability for injection moulding of
technical parts.

Edistir® SR550 Balance BA90

The production of Edistir® SR550 Balance BA90 contributes to the circular economy model since the bionafta comes from biological
feedstock (eg. vegetable oils).
Balance® BA90 products have 90% of bio-attributed share.

Impressio® HIPS E 05

Impressio® HIPS E 05 is an easily processable high impact polystyrene with good mechanical and thermal
properties.
The product has been optimized for the production of filaments dedicated to 3D printing (FDM).

Revive® PS Land – Series Forever

Versalis Revive® PS Land – Series Forever is the new grade of Versalis’ Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy
approach Versalis Revive® PS Land – Series Forever has been developed for a new era of sustainable HIPS: it contains the
75% of secondary raw material. Versalis recommend mixing PS Land – Series Forever with virgin Edistir® HIPS to reach
the target percent of recycled material in the final good. The color may change depending on the secondary raw material.

Revive® PS RT 33010

Versalis Revive® PS RT 33010 is a new grade of Versalis’ Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy approach,
Versalis Revive® PS RT 33010 has been developed for a new era of sustainable HIPS: it contains at least 30% of PCR (Post
consumer recyclate) secondary raw material coming from separate household plastics waste collection system.
The specific grey shade 33010 (Versalis code) is specially developed for Electrical & Electronics sector.
